Barry James Collins entered into rest on Wednesday night, at the hospital surrounded by family and friend, Velma. He was born on March 29, 1966 and spent his early years in Norfolk, Virginia.

He graduated from Lake Taylor High School, where he participated in sports. He was on the football team which went to the state the championships.
