Patricia Ann Williams Simmons, 61, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. She was born March 20, 1957, to the late Robert Williams and Katherine Anderson Williams. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Carmen Williams, Alfreda I. Williams and Brenda Williams.
