Edwina Jackson Burwell, affectionately known as “Mena”, was born Augusta 5, 1949 and transitioned this life July 5, 2019.

Edwina was born in Millen, Georgia to the late Wade and Catherine Jackson. When Mena was a teenager the family relocated to Augusta.

After high school, Edwina felt the lights of the big city calling her and moved to New York City where she lived for over fifty years. While in New York Mena met many LIFE LONG friends of which many are here today…….Click here to View Obituary……
